Shipping policy

At Le Club Ruelle, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Below is an overview of our shipping policy and important details about our process.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed before 2PM (CET) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • France:

    • Standard Shipping estimated delivery: 2-4 business days

    • Pickup point options available

  • European Union:

    • Standard Shipping, estimated delivery: 3-7 business days

  • International: 
    • Standard shipping estimated delivery: 7-10 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor your package’s journey.

Customs and Duties
Orders within the EU are not subject to additional customs or duties.

International orders are subject to custom duties and tax. If any fees arise due to unforeseen circumstances, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.  We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take care to ensure your package arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Returns and Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for EU customers. For international returns, shipping fees may apply.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
